When to call us
Call us if you notice:

What happens on a call out
On attendance, we will:
Confirm symptoms and usage history
Carry out structured fault-finding checks (controls, electrical, airflow/hydraulics and refrigeration circuit where applicable)
Identify the root cause rather than only treating the symptom
Explain findings in plain English
Provide clear next-step options: immediate repair, parts replacement, staged remedials, or upgrade advice if repair is no longer economical
Where possible we complete repairs on the first visit. If parts are needed, we’ll quote clearly and schedule follow-up works promptly.

A large part of our call-out work is on swimming pool heat pumps and associated dehumidification systems, including challenging coastal and chemical-laden environments.
That specialist pool experience is one of our strengths — but we also apply the same structured diagnostic approach to domestic and light-commercial heating/cooling systems.

We’re based in Seaford on the East Sussex coast and cover most of East and West Sussex for heat pump, swimming pool, air conditioning and dehumidifier work.
Our core service area runs along the coast from around Hastings across to Chichester, and inland across the South Downs and surrounding towns and villages.
